At Prime Cuellar, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Be in the original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@primecuellar.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@primecuellar.com and we’ll provide instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
