At Prime Cuellar, we’re committed to delivering your upgrades fast, safe, and hassle-free. Here’s how shipping works—from order to doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or custom requests, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard (U.S.)FREE on orders $50+. Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days.
  • International — Worldwide. Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days (varies by destination).

Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear). If you don’t see tracking within 7 business days, contact us at support@primecuellar.com.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs, duties, or taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Carrier or customs delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipment, reach out and we’ll help locate or replace it.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to incorrect addresses aren’t the responsibility of Prime Cuellar.
